Modernization of measuring laboratory for switching capacity
In our company we modernized a measuring laboratory for switching capacity. A special 1.25 MVA testing transformer was placed. Additional new control equipment enables us to perform more quality testing of switchgear with extremely strong short-time currents (above 25 kA). In this laboratory we can now test switchgear for house installations and industrial use of high-switching capacities functioning not only as a switch but also as a circuit-breaker.
