Iskra MIS with modified managing board
Dear Partner,
After merger of Iskra Kondenzatorji with Iskra MIS, and in accordance with the strategic development plans of the enlarged Iskra MIS, a supervisory board of the Company appointed Mr. Peter Kukovica, PhD, President of the Managing Board. He was a member of the Managing Board and will remain responsible for Finance, Bookkeeping, Purchasing, HR, General Affairs and Quality. After three years of successful management of the Company, Mr. Robert Srabotič, M. Sc. became a member of the Managing Board and will remain responsible for Sales, Development and IT. Mr. Damjan Mohorič, M. Sc., a member of the Managing Board, will remain responsible for Production and Technology.
Together with consolidation, a modified Iskra MIS Managing Board will reconsider strategic orientation and approach to improve the existing production programmes, a new development potential as a result of a merger, and the position of the Company in the market.
